Adrian Lim is the CEO and Co-Founder of PopBox, South East Asia’s largest independent Parcel Locker solution provider. Established in 2015, PopBox has raised Series A funding and since expanded to 8 cities across Indonesia and Malaysia. Having previously worked in Dubai and China, his mission is to bring together offline infrastructure with eCommerce in South East Asia. Adrian is a graduate of Imperial College of London and earned his Master of Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Albert Shyy is based in Singapore and leads the firm’s investments across Southeast Asia and India. He previously served as a Director at Lazada Group, Southeast Asia’s largest ecommerce retailer, and helped build the company’s Marketplace business across the region. He completed his MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, where he also co-founded and ran an online menswear company, AlbertMing Inc. Prior to business school, he worked at Monitor Group as a consultant across Asia and the US. He attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate with dual degrees in economics and systems engineering.
As ZALORA Regional Director of Operations, Alessandro is responsible for the overall operations of ZALORA including the coordination and planning of warehouse, logistic, supply chain, returns, customer service and production. He focuses on the daily coordination of seven distribution centres. Alessandro also manages the upstream section of the supply chain, liaising with suppliers worldwide as well as spearheads business development projects to ease operational integration with internal and external parties with a goal to bring an unprecedented product offering and customer experience to all of Southeast Asia’s online fashion shoppers.
Andrew Senduk started his career in both consulting and banking at top tier firms but found true passion in ecommerce. He holds over 8 years of entrepreneurial and ecommerce experience across Europe and South East Asia. In 2015 he founded Moxy Indonesia that after 6 months merged with Bilna, which then rebranded to Orami, Prior to this, Andrew spent 1 year building one of the fastest growing digital agencies within the region, Lion & Lion Digital Agency (acquired by Septeni Holdings) where he acted as Country Managing Director Indonesia.
Ankiti spent three years working in venture capital and management consulting at Sequoia Capital and McKinsey & Company prior to deciding to co-find Zilingo. At Sequoia, she specialized in consumer internet and ecommerce opportunities on mobile platforms. Ankiti brings significant experience and strong knowledge of the mobile e-commerce space to Zilingo. Her approach is hands-on and she uses her strong analytical skills in her decision making process. She is highly involved in all aspects of operational and strategic decisions and brings many new ideas to the table.
Anuvrat Rao is the Head of Web Product Partnerships for Google APAC. In his role, he leads product business development for web initiatives at Google. Major initiatives include Accelerate Mobile Pages (AMP) & Progressive Web Apps (PWA). Prior to his current position, Anuvrat worked on Youtube APAC strategy running cross functional projects spanning content, marketing, sales, and product in the region.
Arne manages the complexities of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment. Before founding Parcel Perform, Arne was Vice President for Business Development at DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific, where he led the development of e-commerce logistics products tailored for online marketplaces and merchants as well as market entries for DHL eCommerce throughout Asia. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Singapore Post’s SP eCommerce. Arne was the founding CEO of ZALORA. Arne was a long time management consultant at McKinsey & Company and is a trained economist with a Ph.D. in regulatory economics.
Arun is responsible for developing the domestic delivery footprint of DHL eCommerce across Asia Pacific. He oversees the implementation of new market entries, launch of new product features, and the operational systems that support domestic delivery business in Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Arun was a part of the DHL Consulting team, leading supply chain strategy consulting projects across industry verticals – automotive, technology, retail and life sciences – for DHL business units and customers of DPDHL Group. Prior to DHL, Arun worked in various product development and sales leadership roles in the financial services sector across India, Europe and Singapore.
Blake has spent his career leading teams and overseeing operations during periods of high growth for both Fortune 500 companies and tech start-ups across four continents. In his current role, Blake oversees Lalamove’s business outside of Mainland China. Formerly, Blake served as the managing director of Rocket Internet’s Easy Taxi in Hong Kong and oversaw Business Development in the region from 2013 to 2014. He graduated from ESADE Business School (Spain) and NUS (Singapore) with an MBA, and University of Iowa, USA with a BBA in Finance and Marketing.

Charles Brewer is CEO of DHL eCommerce, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group, which he joined in 1984. In his role, he leads a global team responsible for developing solutions that enable the eCommerce sector. Charles is a proven expert in supply chain, international shipping and e-commerce with over 32 years of industry experience, covering multiple global regions and disciplines across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas and Africa.
Clare’s background is in the development and growth of social enterprises, most recently working for impact investment firm ClearlySo. Her previous experience includes setting up and running 2nd Chance, which helps young Londoners into work, and working in international and UK-based charities. She loves the power of innovative business to change the world, and sits as a non-executive director on the board of social enterprises Tiny Diner and Street Coffee. She also volunteers with Streatham’s Spires Centre, doing night-time outreach with vulnerable working women in Brixton.
Cris Tran’s focus is on monitoring and analysing emerging trends, technologies and market behaviour in Mobile, Telecom, ecommerce and other sectors across Asia Pacific. Since joining Frost & Sullivan, Cris has completed several research studies and consulting projects such as Southeast Asia ecommerce in 2020 Analysis, Market Assessment for Animal Specialty Feed Additives, ICT Policy Trends Analysis, Market assessment of Vietnamese Food Value, and evaluation for one of the largest IPOs ever in Southeast Asia, etc. Cris also leads business development for Frost & Sullivan in Vietnam with his advanced knowledge about the market.
Dhruvil Sanghvi has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing logistics and field service management in Asia. Dhruvil started LogiNext in 2014. In a short span of 3 years, LogiNext has moved to #1 position in field service optimization space, has on-boarded prominent investors like Paytm and Alibaba and has been successful at building more than USD 50 Million of net worth for them. Dhruvil has been recognized amongst the most powerful leaders under the age of 30 by Forbes in their 2017 edition of Top 30 Under 30. He has been a regular speaker at industry conferences and panel discussions.
A pioneer in cross-border e-commerce logistics and fulfillment solutions in APAC. Founded the SEKO e-commerce logistics division in Asia Pacific / Greater China in 2014, responsible for developing full suite of e-commerce logistics products, setting up infrastructures, operations, processes, IT, hiring and managing e-commerce sales in the region. Customized cross-border shipping solutions and developed partnerships with major global marketplace platforms. Previously, he has also worked in regional senior management roles for LAZADA, EBAY, TOLL, FEDEX, and been in the industry for 16 years. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Stanford University in USA.
Elaine has always been in the ecommerce industry since her graduation from the University of Hong Kong. In 2013, Elaine joined Alibaba.com to expand the ecommerce business in overseas areas such as Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong. With international education background and extensive experiences in ecommerce, Elaine was named head of business development in BFMe.com in July 2015. As head of business development, Elaine is responsible for leading and executing the international growth strategy for globalising the company and expanding its business including seller acquisition and brand development outside China.
As the Chief Logistics Officer (CLO), Felix is responsible for the Fulfilment and Transportation of the Lazada Group across the six operating countries – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam - ensuring Logistics Excellence by providing fast, effortless and secure online shopping experience. Felix joined the team as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Lazada Thailand in 2013, being responsible to build Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Last Mile Operations & Content Production for the next 2 years.
Gautam actively leads operations, partnerships and business strategy role at FarEye by leveraging his penchant for nurturing relationships. Gerald has a Diploma in Engineering and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. After several years as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. and Bain & Company in Germany and the USA, Gerald came to Vietnam to co-found Lazada. Gerald is responsible for all operations, covering Fulfilment, Transport, Customer Service & After Sales and Merchant Operations among others. From the first day of operations, Lazada has had an in-house delivery fleet, Lazada Express, which over the years has become a stand-alone business, now covering 20 cities of Vietnam.
Mui-Fong leads the Transportation, Travel and Infrastructure Practice in Asia. In her 20 years of consulting experience, she works closely with global transportation companies, integrators, transportation infrastructure players as well as government entities to develop growth strategies, design new business model, improve operations, identify M&A opportunities and weave strategic partnerships. In the space of eCommerce, she helps large retailers and brand owners set up fulfillment supply chain in China and Southeast Asia. Harold LEE has been in the Last Mile Fulfillment and Courier Logistics Industry for the past 23 years. For the past 5 years, XDel has seen a double digit growth in its business under Harold's strong leadership. Today, Harold spearheads the Company’s overall Strategy and Strategic Development Program and is also responsible for the Company’s Innovation Centre. Harold is a proud recipient of the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Award 2004 and the ASME-Rotary Entrepreneur of the Year 2016. Jessy Sun joined Yamato Asia as General Manager, Regional Business Development & Marketing to oversee the development of regional and global accounts for the Yamato group of companies. One of her important tasks is also to identify the industries and business strategies for Yamato to expand its last one mile network to cover the whole region and enable seamless flow of parcels across borders in the region as well as globally using the Ta-Q-Bin network capabilities. She also leads the Asia Business-Model Innovation Center (ABIC).
Joe is a seasoned industry veteran whose experience in co-founding an eCommerce marketplace led him to see the opportunities in B2C logistics and fulfilment. He and his partner co-founded iStore iSend in 2009, having learnt the ropes from the ground up by tackling logistical bottlenecks from an eCommerce perspective, as opposed to traditional B2B distribution models that remain prevalent in this region. As the first fulfilment company in Malaysia, iStore iSend was founded before the eCommerce boom in South East Asia, helping leading eCommerce retailers manage their distribution challenges amidst rapid growth.

Joungbum Rhyu envisions the world’s first last-mile logistics portal service and provide value-add logistics solution to the world. He works closely with IT experts and logistics players in the field to provide logistics solution that meet various needs of customers and clients. Prior to Mesh Korea, he worked at Deloitte Consulting LLP as a consultant for three years, leading various major projects. Upon his MBA course he also worked at Barclays Private Equity during his MBA course. JB Rhyu, majored in Financial Economics and Math at Columbia University. He also completed his MBA course in Columbia University.

Karl Noronha is an ecommerce and brand building specialist in Southeast Asia. Kaushik Burman heads the retail commercial fleet business for Singapore. The commercial fleet business offers B2B road transportation customers with a comprehensive “Total fleet management” solution, embed with technology enabled fleet card, telematics solution and driver training. Kaushik has earlier worked in strategy and marketing departments in Shell, his previous assignment was in the clean fuels portfolio based in The Hague, where the team developed LNG fuel for heavy duty trucking and marine applications. Kaushik is a mechanical engineer by training and MBA from INSEAD.

Sui Leng Khoo is the VP for Asia Pacific at Buck Consultants International. She manages the Asia Pacific region with our offices located in Singapore and Shanghai. She has more than 25 years of experiences in supply chain and business operations roles, holding senior roles in Motorola, Dell and Estee Lauder. She has a diverse industry experience in telecommunications, mobile phones, IT, FMCG (prestige beauty), retail and ecommerce. Sui Leng is an accomplished business operational transformation and supply chain optimization expert. She has a track record of successes in defining strategies, leading global/regional initiatives and driving business.
Kok Peet Leong joined Singapore Post in April 2013 to oversee Quantium Solutions’ operations in South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Peet is also responsible in transforming and driving Singapore Post’s Asia Pacific eCommerce warehousing strategy, including the setup and recent opening of SingPost’s Regional eCommerce Logistics Hub. Peet has extensive experience in Supply Chain and Warehousing business. His last held position was VP, South East Asia of DHL Supply Chain. In this role, he oversaw around 3 million square foot of warehousing space across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Kwok is the Head of eCommerce for Asia Pacific at Kimberly-Clark Professional, the B2B division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Brining a diverse experience in B2C, Finance and Supply Chain, he is responsible for the Asia Pacific regional strategy and operation, building team and infrastructure in order to deliver a seamless customer omnichannel experience. Prior to moving to China, Kwok was the Global eCommerce Trade Strategy Manager at KCP based in USA responsible for optimizing trade investment and building the global 3-year strategic plan to define the eCommerce vision, investment roadmap, and financial goals.
Lim Ann Nee was appointed as the Senior Vice President of SP Parcels in October 2013 to expand the business especially for eCommerce delivery segment. Prior to joining SingPost, Lim Ann Nee worked with McKinsey & Company from September 2006, focusing on strategy and operations work across the telecoms and logistics segments. Ann Nee was also an officer (Major rank) with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) from October 1998 to September 2006 and was awarded the prestigious SAF Merit Scholarship (Women) by the Ministry of Defence in 1994.
Lisa is responsible for managing the operational task of the company. With 17 years of experience working in several multinational companies in Indonesia and USA, she challenges her team to build and shape their strategies to move forward. In Indonesia, she worked in Citibank and ANZ Bank. She also has experience working in SEMATECH (Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology) and Bayer Corporation while in the USA. She earned her Bachelor (graduated with honor) and Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Lisa is also held Product Management Certification from University of California.
Long Wong is the Chief Operating Officer of UCO.com, the leading cosmetics eCommerce distributor & retailer for international brands in China with operations on Tmall, VIPShop, JD.com, Jumei.com, etc. He has more than a decade of experience in eCommerce operation, having worked with/consulted for many of the leading Chinese B2C companies and traditional retailers looking to launch eCommerce business in China. Long joined Amazon.com after his MBA from MIT Sloan and was later appointed the Director of Transportation & Supply Chain for Amazon China. His other experience includes head of supply chain for Metersbonwe and consulting manager at KPMG.
Louis Li co-led JD Worldwide, JD.com’s division that helps foreign consumer brands enter the China market. He oversees JD Worldwide’s business development, overseas operations, and strategic projects. Prior to joining JD.com, Mr Li held several positions in sales, international affairs, and logistics operations in the Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific, including Manager Bangladesh and East India. Mr Li earned his MBA degree from the University of California Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong.
Ludovic Terru has joined Sephora a year ago. He leads all Digital Operations in SEA where Sephora Selling its beauty products (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia & New Zealand). Previously Ludovic was 7 years in Thailand where he successfully started up a 3PL/4PL business having as Customers companies in Cosmetics, Telecom & Healthcare.
Maarten Hemmes is the founder and CEO of CarPal. An innovator and entrepreneur at heart, Maarten launched his first startup in legal technology at the tender age of 22 in the Netherlands. Maarten also has over 10 years of software development experience through his own IT company serving clients located in Europe, United States and South East Asia. Inspired by the urbanisation of services and recognising the rising demand in last-mile logistics in South East Asia, Maarten launched CarPal in July 2014. He holds Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from University of Amsterdam.
Marco De Lorenzo is a versatile business professional and entrepreneur with over 22 years of proven track record across different industries such as IT, Consumer Products and Automotive. Marco was former Head of Consumer/Products/Retail/Wholesale at SAP Asia and Managing Director at Bluefin Solutions. As an entrepreneur, he is also the Co-Founder of Infinity Sails Singapore and started his own fashion business in his early twenties. Marco holds an MBA. Matt Fisher is a 17 year veteran in the B2B space specialising in procure-to-pay supplier enablement. Matt has either implemented or integrated with all the leading eProcurement solutions and ERP systems, including Ariba, SAP, Oracle, BuyerQuest, Coupa, and PeopleSoft. He has helped reputable global companies such as McDonald’s, Disney, Caterpillar, United Airlines, and Kimberly-Clark. Matthieu has two decades experience in marketing & e-commerce. In that period he has worked and lived in 5 different countries. Currently he is based in Singapore where he is in the top 10 of most engaged marketers on LinkedIn. Over the years he gathered a set of skills that allows him to help companies being successful in times of disruptive, fast-paced technological changes, specifically in marketing. He helps them transition to digital and mobile business strategies that deliver on their KPIs. He gets up early because he is curious and wants to keep learning while sharing his knowledge with others.
Michael is co-founder and managing director of emmasbox, Europe’s leading grocery locker, where he is in charge of all sales, public relation and financial issues. Being a chilled parcel locker for online ordered groceries, emmasbox is in operation at locations in Germany, Austria and France at top European supermarket chains like EDEKA, Kaufland, SPAR or METRO group. Prior to his job at emmasbox, Michael was able to gain experience both in financial and management advisory companies in Germany and Austria. He studied in Vienna (Austria), Milan (Italy) and Munich (Germany) and obtained a MSc. degree in management and industrial engineering.
Mitch Bittermann is the Chief Logistics Officer of aCommerce, an end-to-end ecommerce solutions provider in Southeast Asia. He has extensive knowledge in global distribution, building cross-border operations in Singapore and Hong Kong serving customers in Asia and globally for Arvato, a subsidiary Bertelsmann. Mitch headed the APAC solution design and project team as General Manager for Arvato in Hong Kong, running a 150k square feet warehouse for global IT high tech and consumer goods clients. Previous projects include implementing strong customer service operations in Canada, setting up distribution centres in Thailand and various locations in Europe.

I also oversee all the operations, marketing strategy and business development, production engineering department to attain maximum efficiency in the design and production of our products. Nalin leads GreyOrange’s expansion plans in Asia-Pacific and is responsible for strategic sales and marketing, channel development and overall management. He comes with extensive experience having worked across Asia, and contributed in the start-up and turnaround of Asian businesses for global technology leaders such as Wind River, Wipro and Barco. As an entrepreneur and an investor, he has been instrumental in the success for innovation leaders such as Centillium, Solid, eSOL and Videogram. He is a Founding Charter Member of TiE Japan and a Charter Member of TiE Singapore.
Niels Hartog is a Director of Product at Flipkart, India’s largest e-commerce marketplace, where he focuses on automating and digitising Flipkart’s Supply Chain operations, preparing the ground for the massive growth in e-commerce, Flipkart and India will see the coming years. His particular areas of attention are the central platforms underpinning Flipkart’s Last Mile and City Logistics operations. Previously Niels performed similar positions in Product Management at Amazon.com and Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile). Prior to starting Locus, he was working with Amazon, building algorithms to counter credit card fraud and the science behind the AWS ML product. He is also the co-founder of RideSafe, a women safety initiative that uses cutting edge algorithms to provide a safe commuting experience.
Noam Berda is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zyllem. Beyond his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, he is an entrepreneurial soul and an innovator with a passion to leverage on technology to enrich modern lives. Noam has over 18 years of experience in logistics and software development. Paula Paw works at VersaFleet™, with a passion for technology and a genuine desire to help logistics companies grow operationally to their best potential. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature, and a Minor in Film Studies. She involved herself heavily in the logistic tech industry for the next few years. Working closely with numerous transporters, from both B2B and B2C logistics, and tech partners over the past few years, she has helped over 50 companies optimise their logistics operations by using VersaFleet™.

Sam heads the SingPost Logistics pillar comprising of Quantium Solutions, Famous Holdings and SP Parcels.Sam has 35 years of experience in shipping, ocean freight forwarding, air freight forwarding and logistics management. He joined SingPost in July 2015 from DHL Global Forwarding, where he was CEO for South East Asia. Sam was a member of the DHL Global Forwarding Asia Pacific Management Board until 2014. Under his leadership, DHL Global Forwarding Singapore was awarded the Best Performance Station in South East Asia in 2004 and the Asia Pacific Country of the Year Award in 2005, among others.

Syed Ali co-founded iCommerce and oversees the daily operations and business development at the iCommerce Regional Distribution Centre (iRDC) located in Singapore. His role ensures Customs Compliance for the network and he is responsible for accurate and smooth supply chain operations for iCommerce. Prior to starting iCommerce, Ali worked at ZALORA as their Regional Director of Operations and Supply Chain. He had the opportunity to work and setup operations in various countries such as China and Indonesia. Additionally, he has 11 years of experience working as a shipper and at service providers.
Tommaso is a Co-Founder of Easyship, a multi-award winning startup that facilitates eCommerce cross-border shipping through technology. Prior to founding Easyship, he spent 2 years as Marketplace Director at Lazada setting up the teams and operations in both Malaysia and then in Hong Kong to build the cross-border logistics department where he got the idea of Easyship with his Co-Founder Augustin.
Vernon Martin is the Regional Business Development Director (Asia) for Aramex, one of the leading global providers of logistics and transportation solutions, currently listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM: ARMX). He has nearly 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader. Vernon has worked across key markets in Asia. Recently, he has also led Aramex’s expansion into Australia and New Zealand. Victor Schieber joined ZALORA in 2015 as the Associate Director of Operations for Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Before joining ZALORA, he was with luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. Based in Hong Kong, Victor’s main scope of expertise encompasses managing the process of logistics and returns in three ZALORA markets namely Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. His responsibilities include managing the last mile delivery component (both third-party logistics and ZALORA own fleets), overseeing three warehouses specifically in Reverse Logistics, monitoring Customer Experience and leading cross-border regional projects.

Winnie started her career with Procter & Gamble, managing various consumer brands across ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand during her tenure.
