Aizat Rahim is the COO of Dropee.com - a B2B marketplace where businesses are able to buy and sell in bulk. With Dropee, retailers are able to source for products directly from qualified wholesalers, manufacturers and principals at a faster, cheaper and reliable way. With experiences covering across the supply chain, medical, travel, and tech investment industries, Aizat is a strong advocate of entrepreneurship - especially amongst the younger generations.
Outside of Dropee, he is the Business Development Director for Worldline Group (www.worldlinegroup.com) which comprises of a few companies that cater as a wholesaling & distribution and retail businesses (Specialty Outlets & F&B Outlets) in Malaysia. Anuvrat Rao is the Head of Web Product Partnerships for Google APAC. In his role, he leads product business development for web initiatives at Google. Major initiatives include Accelerate Mobile Pages (AMP) & Progressive Web Apps (PWA). Prior to his current position, Anuvrat worked on Youtube APAC strategy running cross functional projects spanning content, marketing, sales, and product in the region.
Arne is the CEO and Founder of Parcel Perform, an innovative suite of solutions that manages the complexities of e-commerce logistics and and fulfillment.
Before founding Parcel Perform, Arne was Vice President for Business Development at DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific, where he led the development of e-commerce logistics products tailored for online marketplaces and merchants as well as market entries for DHL eCommerce throughout Asia. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Singapore Post’s SP eCommerce, where where he was responsible for the B2C e-commerce businesses including vPost and Omigo. In 2012, Arne was the founding CEO of ZALORA, South East Asia’s leading fashion e-commerce player across 8 markets.
Arne was a longtime management consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked on technology projects in Europe, Africa and Asia. Arne is a trained economist with a Ph.D. in regulatory economics.
Bassey, a young entrepreneur, he innovates, creates and develop technology solutions. He has over 18 years experience and has been involved in several projects across Africa such as enterprise business solution for the Ghana Post, roll-out of the e-passport for the Nigerian Immigration Service, setup of the largest e-library and e-learning hub in East Africa (MUBS Uganda), development of software for revenue collections for various State Governments in Nigeria, establishment of electronic voters register for Nigerian Government etc. Recently awarded Tech Entrepreneur of the year 2017 by Nigeria Technology Awards.

In 2014, Beh Lee Yen co-founded Happy Bunch, an online flower delivery service that aims to make it simple for anyone to send flowers and delightful for everyone to received them.
LeeYen, is a former advertising suit and banker with 19 years of operational and strategic
management under her belt. She spent half her career in advertising, specializing in direct marketing & communication with several multinational advertising agencies in New York City and Malaysia. The other half was with an international bank, where her roles covered marketing communications, product development & management, and eventually managing a multi-billion dollar business.

Lee Yen has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Advertising & Marketing, at the University of Oregon, Eugene, OR (USA).
As a co-owner and Director of Tinyme, Ben oversees the Finance, HR, Compliance & Risk, IT, Customer Service and Logistics functions of the business.

Ben served for two years as a Non-Executive Director of Australia's National Online Retailers Association (NORA) and featured in Inside Retail’s Top 50 People in E-Commerce (Australia) list for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. In 2017, Ben was nominated as a finalist in the Industry Recognition Award at the ORIAs.
Beth Bao is Director of Strategy at JD Logistics. She is responsible for strategic planning, industry analysis and project management.
Before joining JD.com, Beth was Supply Chain Senior Manager at Bestseller Fashion Group China from 2013-2015. Prior to that, she was Senior Consultant at Accenture, where she provided strategy and operations consulting to leading multinationals and Chinese SOEs for five years.
Beth holds a B.A. from Nankai University and an M.A. in management from the University of International Business and Economics.
Park N Parcel is the brainchild of Bryan See Toh, who takes on the role of CEO of the company. Enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, Bryan sets the tone and vision of the company and at the same time, oversees the overall operations of Park N Parcel. He is an innovator with a passion to leverage on technology to solve daily pain point in people’s lives and believes in lean start-up methodology.

Clare is one of the co-founder’s of Her Velvet Vase, a fashion e-commerce company.
She started the business when she was 19 and still in university, with her sister Mag Chan, and is in charge of business development and customer retention and acquisition.
Since then, they have grown to team of 15, designing in-house and producing designs in ethical and carefully sourced boutique factories in China. In 2012, Her Velvet Vase was the first online store to introduce a fashion subscription model. In 2015, the brand expanded to New York and in 2017, the first Her Velvet Vase brick and mortar store was introduced.

Daniel Yu is the founder and CEO of Sokowatch, an e-commerce platform for informal retail shops in urban Africa. Through his work with Sokowatch, Daniel has received international recognition as the winner of the Prince of Wales Young Entrepreneur Prize, designation by the White House as an Emerging Global Entrepreneur, and as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs. Prior to founding Sokowatch, Daniel worked as software developer and previously attended the University of Chicago where he focused on International Studies and Linguistics before dropping out to pursue Sokowatch fulltime.
Dason Goh is the CEO and Co-Founder of Detrack Systems, an award-winning Real-Time Electronic Proof of Delivery (E-POD) Solution and Delivery Management System. David Lee is Head, Asia Channels. His roles include developing end-to-end solutions for brand partners to bring their products to market. He works closely with brand owners, distributors, 3rd party logistics partners, digital marketing agencies and the data analytics team to ensure successful implementation of e-commerce solutions for our clients.
Prior to joining Y Ventures, David Lee was an investment professional, helping clients analyse and invest in businesses. Before that, David spent 14 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, specialising in submarine operations and operations centre management. He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Honours in Marketing.
David Lee is the Digital Commerce Senior Consultant & Lecturer at SIRS. He has over 20 years of experience in digitising the retail industry, sales, marketing and business development. David speaks frequently at industry events for e-Commerce, Social Media, Mobile Commerce & Omni-channel topics, bringing his insights and experience to the industry practitioners.
Desraza Muslim was born in Padang, West Sumatra-Indonesia, December08, 1967. He is currently serves as Commercial Director of PT. Global Trade Logistics Network- The largest Indonesian’s Customs Brokerage specialized in e-commerce cross-borders.
Previously, he served as Operation Director of PT Chandra Adi Sentosa, the appointed customs brokerage for UPS- United Parcel Service Indonesia.
Desraza finished his bachelor degree in Economics, from the University of Christian Nommesensen, Medan in 1992, He was starting his career in express company by joining both PT Repex Perdana International and its principal FedEx Express from Customer Service to, ground operations, quality assurance, branch operations, FedEx Country Coordinator and gateway operations with his latest position as General Manager who is in charge of import and export sort operations, warehouse management, customs clearance and customer service support.
During his busy activities, to fulfilling his needs and interested in human being and behavior, he still continued his study and finished his bachelor degree from Psychology, the University of Indonesia in 2010.
After 20+ years of services, he decided to leave FedEx and joined PT Quantium Solutions Logistic Indonesia, a group of Singapore Post as Head of Operations to manage order management, warehouse & fulfillment and last mile deliveries.
Seven month with Quantium, in September 2016, he toke another bigger challenge to join Lazada Express as Senior Manager Operations who is in charge of Sortation Center for market place, cross-border and retail sort operations. He left Lazada in February 2017 and return back to Soekarno-Hatta Airport to join PT Chandra Adi Sentosa.

Francois joined Aramex Global Solutions in early 2017 as Global Operations and Commercial Director. He came from the pureplay retail industry, where he was in charge of ASOS’ Deliver Solutions. He led teams that continuously reviewed the delivery and returns strategies and developed innovative final mile solutions for their 15 million registered users across 240 countries and territories from their multiple worldwide fulfilment centres. He also worked a number of years at FedEx where he succeeded at delivering complex multi-modal solutions whilst also reducing transportation costs for major Fashion and Luxury brands.
Francois holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and an Executive MBA with Distinction from Cass Business School. He is bilingual in French and English and fluent in Dutch and Italian.
Gaetano is currently Country Head at Lalamove Singapore. He was previously based in Amazon's European headquarters as Global Project Operations Manager. Prior to Amazon, Gaetano held managerial positions in product and operations with Rocket Internet's Zalora, Lazada and HelloFresh where he honed his skills and experience in product management, customer service, logistics, data and market analysis and optimizing SOPs. Gaetano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and MSc in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French, and has lived in 7 different countries in Europe, Asia and South America.
Gino is the Head of Marketing at Black Arrow Express. He now plays a key role in the AAI Group, a 35-year old logistics company, in building the new digital brand to address the demand for tech-integrated, last-mile fulfillment in eCommerce. He is passionate about Digital Marketing and Product Planning. Prior to his current role, Gino has managed digital marketing project teams in Manila, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh. Over the last few years, he has led android app launches in Indonesia and Vietnam.
Hussein has been entrenched in eCommerce since 2013. After his first stint as in operations in BeMyGuest, Singapore's uprising online travel agency, he moved onto joining the pioneer team of LAZADA Singapore. There, he expanded the Electronics business to a multi-million dollar business within just months.
He is presently managing both the local supply chain logistics in Zilingo Singapore and the cross-border logistics into, and within Zilingo's 3 active countries: Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
Recently, Hussein has also undertaken a new project called the Zilingo Seller Ecosystem, a host of services designed to alleviate the different pains of selling online, be it in getting product photoshoots, or even financial difficulties.
Hussein is working to bringing businesses online and empowering them, be it through removing the border constraints, or through value added services.
James Chang is Chief Crossborder Officer of Lazada eLogistics Group, based in Singapore.
He is responsible for strategic development and operations of the fast-growing crossborder business across Hong Kong and China.

He has more than 5 years worth of e-commerce experience starting initially from a local group buying site then working his way into a cross border e-commerce website which is Galleon.ph. His focus and interest lie mainly in digital marketing and growth hacking.
Jeremy Khoo is a business operator with a passion for the Southeast Asian e-commerce space. He is currently Group CEO of iFashion - a leading regional fashion and lifestyle retail company. He was a co-founder of e-commerce fast fashion label Dressabelle and lifestyle marketplace Megafash, both of which exited to iFashion Group. Under his leadership, iFashion and it's subsidiaries have raised multiple investment rounds from venture capitalists up to Series B.
Within iFashion, Jeremy co-founded retail blockchain MegaX which successfully conducted a token sale and deployed the cryptocurrency for use. He also spends his time advising and building exciting blockchain projects such as Consentium and Viola.ai.
Jim is the Founder and CEO of Parcel Santa, operating the widest network of residential parcel lockers in Singapore. Jim hails from the logistics industry and through experience is keenly aware of the limitations and challenges of existing delivery models. In championing Parcel Santa and the concept of consolidated delivery points for urban logistics, he has engineered a new viable variation of last mile delivery that supports the existing model while dramatically increases efficiency and capacity for the industry. Further, aligned with the ‘Smart Cities’ and ‘Cashless Society’ concepts, Parcel Santa offers a better payment collection experience for the last mile. Jim is a graduate of New York University in Economics and East Asian Studies and now resides in Singapore.
As the Head of Marketing at CarPal, Joanne is responsible for driving all marketing efforts, setting marketing plans and strategies, as well as building the awareness and positioning of the CarPal brand. Prior to joining CarPal as one of the founding members, Joanne has over 8 years of international experiences in various sectors such as Venture Capital, Marketing, Public Relations and Non-Profit.

Joe oversees the strategic direction of the Singapore-based third-party logistics company providing last-mile delivery, channel management, international shipping and warehousing. The company counts many major companies such as Kao Singapore and Mondelez among their clients. Today, it is rapidly growing with over 60,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 10,000 crowdsourced drivers under its management.
Ze Yan’s entrepreneurial endeavours began when he was completing his university education at the National University of Singapore. His first foray into the F&B Industry was a food delivery startup that provided supper options to hungry residents at student dormitories. Not long after graduation, he conceptualized and established The Lawn, a specialty grill & salad cafe located in Biopolis. Expanding into a 3 outlet chain in its heyday, Ze Yan started facing issues in managing takeout and delivery orders from his customers. Karan is the CEO & Co-Founder of Rapid Rabbits a.k.a RaRa Delivery, a last mile delivery service in Singapore.
He is ex-Unilever Regional eCommerce Supply Chain manager who led the setup of Supply Chain for Unilever to enter eCommerce marketplaces in South East Asia working with the likes of Lazada.
Through RaRa's totally disruptive operational model, strong technology and customized offerings, Karan aspires to build a tech brand for last mile providing affordable same-day delivery services to both consumers and businesses with best-in-class customer experience.
Kaushik Burman (Sales Director, B2B Fleet & Mobility Solutions, Singapore & Indonesia, Shell) heads the B2B Mobility business for Singapore and Indonesia.
The B2B mobility solutions business offers B2B road transportation customers with a comprehensive “Total Fleet Management” solution, embed with technology enabled fleet card, telematics solution and optimization algorithms.
Shell’s fleet management solution has helped customers across a wide range from large 3PLs/4 PLs/ ecommerce/ manufacturing / FMCG, focus on improving fleet efficiency, thereby leading to higher performance, and overall lower total costs of ownership & usage.
Kaushik has earlier worked in strategy and marketing departments in Shell, his previous assignment was in the clean fuels portfolio based in The Hague, where the team developed LNG fuel for heavy duty trucking and marine applications.
Kaushik is a mechanical engineer by training and holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he received the prestigious J&J Blue Ocean strategy scholarship.
Kelvin Tan Qungen, a retail enthusiast, believes constant change is crucial in the current retail landscape. He holds with him extensive industry experience in the convenience and mini supermarket sector, where he successfully grew and transformed conventional mini supermarket concepts into current day tech savvy stores. This included key projects like the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Point of Sale terminals, where new business processes like automated inventory replenishment and replanograming through point of sale data analysis were introduced.
With a forward thinking mind-set and an ever readiness to embrace change, Kelvin was asked to be part of the I-Econ Franchisee Management Committee in 2009 and was appointed to be the English Secretary for the Singapore Minimart Association in 2015. He was also awarded the National Retail Scholarship in 2011.
Kelvin has constantly been approached by suppliers to conduct retail insights courses and retail trends sharing sessions to allow business partners to further understand retailers and optimise their marketing efforts. His deep passion for retail boosted his desire to share his knowledge and experience with other retailers in Singapore, in the hope that Singapore’s retail scene will soar towards greater heights.

Kenneth has more than 18 years of work experience in the area of Strategy, Marketing and Business Development. He has demonstrated acute business acumen in scaling businesses across diverse markets especially in the area of eCommerce and online payments. Prior to founding Arcadier, Kenneth was the Asia Pacific Head of Strategy and Business Development for PayPal (then an eBay Company) where he was responsible for the growth plans of PayPal across the continent. Kenneth started his career in Audit and Business Advisory. He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
Mr Law Chung Ming was appointed Group Director for the Transport & Logistics Group of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore from November 2015.
IE Singapore is the government agency promoting international trade and partnering Singapore companies in going global. The agency also has a global network in more than 35 locations, with presence in many emerging markets.
In his current portfolio, Mr Law is responsible for facilitating companies in the Aviation, Maritime, Land Transport, Logistics and Oil and Gas Sectors in international collaboration partnerships and overseas ventures. This encompasses co-ordination with IE Singapore’s global centres to develop trade and investment linkages between Singapore and global markets, providing in-market facilitation, market insights, intelligence, business & government connections, and consultancy advice for market entry and expansion into various regions.
Mr Law was the Group Director for the China Group from May 2011 to October 2015. As Group Director of China Group, Mr Law is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies to assist the expansion of Singapore-based companies into China.
Mr Law started his career with IE Singapore (then Trade Development Board) in July 1995 in the International Trading Division. In July 1998, Mr Law was posted to Taiwan as Centre Director of IE Singapore’s Taipei Office. In September 2003, Mr Law was appointed as Centre Director of IE Singapore’s Beijing Office, overseeing the North China region. He was also concurrently the First Secretary (Commercial) of the Republic of Singapore Embassy in Beijing, promoting business cooperation between Singapore and China.
In July 2006, Mr Law returned to Singapore and was seconded to the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry as a Strategist in the newly-established Futures Group. The Futures Group identifies emerging global developments and generates ideas for the Singapore economy of the future.
From November 2007 to May 2011, Mr Law assumed the position of Regional Director (South China) of IE Singapore, based in Guangzhou to promote investments and business collaboration in South China by Singapore-based enterprises.
Mr Law graduated from the National University of Singapore (Bachelor of Business Administration - Second Upper Honours) in 1995. Mr Law was awarded the Singapore Government’s Asian Business Fellowship in 2001 to study in Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) where he graduated with a Master of Business Administration in 2003. He is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Leo is currently serving multiple functions in Airbus Helicopters, spanning from his role as the Head of Aviation Safety for the Asia Pacific Region, Head of Design for Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia (AHSA), and the Head of the Skyways Program – Airbus Helicopter’s Urban Air Delivery project in Singapore.
He is a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) Design Signatory, a Rotary- Wing Category 1 Flight Test Engineer, Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE), and Certification/Qualification Engineer (CQE) for AHSA.
He also serves as the industry chairman for the Asia-Pacific Helicopter Safety Team (AHEST), the Asia-Pacific partner to the International Helicopter Safety Team, and is a member on the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Aerospace Technology Advisory Committee.
Prior to joining Airbus Helicopters in 2009, Leo was an Airforce Engineering Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). His tours of duties include serving as an Officer-In-Charge of Rotary-Wing Structures Repair and Non-Destructive Inspection, Detachment Engineering Officer in Brunei, Rotary Wing Flight Test Engineer, and Head of Rotary-Wing/UAV Aerodynamics Section.
Leo is a graduate and Dunlop Trophy winner (top Flight Test Engineer) of the UK Empire Test Pilots’ School (ETPS). He also holds a B.Eng in Solid-State Engineering Physics and a M.Sc. in Material Science and Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, USA.
