She has 23 years’ experience in Retail, Ecommerce, and Hospitality with many international brands. She is always challenging herself in the different fields of commerce in order to look for the best way to serve the multi demands of diverse customers. She consulted and built the retail business as well as planned on the supply chains to thousands of suppliers worldwide. From 2014, early realizing that the future of the retail industry will be the combination of online and offline models and the influence of ecommerce/online on the offline and commercial big box retail. Furthermore, she strongly believed that the Omni channel retail would be the profitable pattern and the best model for SMEs and large retailers in Vietnam and help boost her nation’s growth and maintain jobs for the majority of Vietnamese people. Then she started to deeply develop business at Lazada.vn, driving and managing the ecommerce business as the Managing Director for Nguyenkim.com, Zalora.vn, and the startup B2S.vn to Omni channel solutions with all offline retail and its partners to bring the most positive profits from the Omni channel model. Throughout her role at Central Group Vietnam and Nguyen Kim Trading, she has successfully led these businesses down to the road of Omni channel despite many challenges along on its path.
As one of the first people explaining to local leaders about the potential for the export sector to the EU via IKEA as well as to the suppliers and distributors about doing modern trade business with Metro and now encouraging the innovation with online business, she wants to keep helping other retailers and customers to realize soon the potential and profit in addition to the benefit of online business.
She is one of recognized experts in the retail Omni channels field. She is now the Senior Vice President for one of the group of biggest restaurant chains, Redsun ITI Group, and manages 152 restaurants under the umbrella of 15 international and local brands. She has a strong passion in influence of the online on F&B and agriculture industry. She finds the strong benefits of the Omni channels to the farm to fork to home’s fork supply chain.
